Surabhi Kaul, PT, Clinic Owner
Surabhi Kaul has been a registered physiotherapist since 2013. Since then, she has taken a number of courses and is qualified to perform acupuncture and dry needling. She is trained to treat vertigo and concussions and is authorized to perform pelvic floor examinations and treatment. She believes in incorporating a combination of education, active exercises, passive manual techniques and other modalities to enable patients to reach their goals. She believes that the treatment process is a partnership between the patient and the therapist and enjoys working with each patient to reach their goals. Outside of work, Surabhi enjoys reading, going on nature walks and travelling the world.
Happyben Soni, PT, Registered Physiotherapist
Happy is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Diploma certificate in Fitness and Health promotion. She is also certified in Pelvic floor physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Bioflex laser therapy, Kinesiology taping, Vestibular therapy for post concussion rehab and she is also a certified fitter for compression stockings. Happy has experience in treating Orthopedic conditions, Neurological conditions, Vestibular conditions, Sports related injuries and Pain management. She applies a holistic approach to treat conditions and help patients achieve their goals. She uses various treatment techniques such as Manual therapy, exercise prescription, kinesiology taping, cupping therapy and electrotherapy to help her patients recover. Happy enjoys painting, walking and exploring new places when she is not working.
Dr. Dalbir Bal, D.C, Registered Chiropractor
Dr. Dalbir Bal is an alumni of New York Chiropractic College where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Prior to this, Dr. Bal attended the University of Waterloo where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Her dedication to her patients and commitment to their health and well-being is evident in every patient encounter. Dr. Bal is highly knowledgeable on a vast variety of neuromuscular conditions and formulates evidence-based treatment plans for relief of back pain, headaches, ankle sprains, sports injuries, cervical and lumbar disc herniations, and hip pain among many others. She is trained and highly skilled at the following techniques: manual manipulation (Diversified), electrical stimulation including IFC, Biphasic and Russian stimulation and ultrasound, Connect X and pin and stretch muscle release. Furthermore, she is certified in Nimmo soft tissue technique, CPR and Sports Science and Human Performance. As part of every patient's treatment, Dr. Bal educates her patients on their condition and how they can take the steps necessary to help accelerate their healing and better their prognosis. She places special emphasis on rehabilitation exercises in addition to treatment rendered in the office.
Haemi Yun, R.AC, Registered Acupuncturist
Haemi is a registered acupuncturist (R.Ac). She graduated with honours from Acupuncture program at Georgian College. Her special interests include mental health/stress as well as musculoskeletal pain issues. She has treated emotional conditions like anxiety, depression, headaches, insomnia and stress as well as autoimmune conditions like chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia along with various neuromuscular and musculoskeletal pain conditions. She takes a variety of TCM approaches, including Acupuncture, Tuina massage (an ancient form of Chinese massage), Acupressure, Cupping, and Gua Sha to provide the best treatment and tailors each treatment plan according to the patient's condition. Her biggest objective is understand the patient's symptoms, the cause of the and then treat them both mentally and physically in order for them to continue to live their lives in a healthy and happy manner. When she is not working Haemi enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also likes to go on nature walks and do outdoor activities.
Sasko Armenski, RMT, Manual Osteopathic Practitioner
Sasko is a Manual Osteopath Practitioner, as well as a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He gained his education from completing diplomas from the National Academy of Osteopathy, and the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Sasko combines what he has learned to provide the most effective treatments and home exercises for his clients. He is a strong advocate for ensuring people have the right support systems to help in the recovery process. His passion towards promoting health and wellness is what motivates him to aid his clients in achieving optimal health. Outside of this passion, Sasko also enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Lola graduated from ICT Kikkawa college with honours in 2006 and has been practicing as a massage therapist since then. Over the years, she has had the privilege of providing care to individuals across all age groups, from infants and children to adults and seniors. Her goal is to offer personalized and effective treatments that support healing, relaxation, and improved physical function. Carol Rudyk, RMT
Carol is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Massage Therapy Diploma Program at Bryan College. She originally went to school and formally trained as a Dancer, however, after a decade of working with people in the Film and Television industry, Carol decided to pursue her true passion – helping and improving the lives of other people. This led to her decision to resume school to become an RMT.Other than Swedish massage, Carol enjoys incorporating various manual techniques such as PNF Stretch Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Mobilization, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone, Cupping Therapy, Constipation Massage, TMJ Massage (Intra & Extra Oral), Scar Mobilization Techniques, Breast Tissue manipulation (post surgery or mastitis), Pregnancy Massage and Hydrotherapy as a part of her treatment, and loves to prescribing Remedial Exercise as a part of home care. She is also certified in Cupping. Carol’s background in Dance, giver her a greater understanding of the body and the mind-body connection and she is mindful of this while working with each of her clients. Carol lives by the motto: “Movement should be celebrated, not taken for granted”.
In her free time, Carol loves to dance, take Pilates classes, sing karaoke, and cuddle her cat, Mango.
