Acupressure Therapy Etobicoke Toronto FAQs

Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine technique based on the same principles as acupuncture. It involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to relieve pain and promote health and wellness.
Unlike acupuncture, which uses needles, acupressure involves applying pressure with the fingers, hands, or special devices. It's a non-invasive therapy that doesn't break the skin.
Acupressure is suitable for individuals of all ages seeking relief from various conditions like stress, fatigue, headaches, chronic pain, and more. It's also a great option for those looking for a non-invasive alternative to traditional medical treatments.
Your first session will include a consultation to discuss your health history and goals. The actual treatment involves gentle pressure applied to specific points on the body while you relax in a comfortable setting.
The number of sessions varies depending on your individual condition and response to therapy. Some people experience relief after just one session, while others may need multiple sessions to achieve their health goals.
